When looking for a home a lot of people pick one area and they tend to do their search just in that
neighborhood. I would recommended to keep an open mind when it comes to that because you never
know what you might be missing.
Story time: I had a client once who said Im looking to buy in city A. We would find a home, make
an offer on it and over bid. And repeat that multiple times. To tell that my clients were feeling
defeated and tired of the search is to say nothing. And one day we looked at a different city B.
Turns out that area was not only better commute but also better schools and many more
advantages that were not present in city A. Do not limit your search and keep an open mind!
